The average listing price of homes in Puyallup was about $320,000. That number was about 8.5% higher than the same time last year when the average listing price was about $295,000. For the month of January, there were about 202 Pending home sales. That number was about 13.5% higher than the same time last year when there were about 178 Pending home sales in Puyallup.
