Puyallup Real Estate Market Activity/Home Sales For February 2017 – By Puyallup Real Estate Agent Alain Picard

For the month of February 2017, the Puyallup Real Estate Market showed a further lack of inventory. This February, there were only about 1.2 months of inventory in Puyallup. That number was about 29.5% lower than the same time last year when there were about 1.7 months of inventory. The average listing price of homes in Puyallup was about $334,145. That number was about 8.5% higher than the same time last year when the average listing price was about $307,750. For the month of February, there were about 244 Pending home sales in Puyallup. That number was about 9% higher than the same time last year when there were about 224 Pending home sales. There were about 174 homes sold in Puyallup which was an increase of about 11% compared to the same time last year when there were about 157 sales. The average sales price of homes in Puyallup was about $309,520 for the month of February. That number was about 11.5% higher than the same time last year when the average sales price was about $277,620. Februarys average sales price was also the highest it’s been in Puyallup since June 2007 when that number was about $318,118.
