Puyallup Real Estate Market Activity For April 2017 – By Puyallup Real Estate Agent Alain Picard

For the month of April 2017, the Puyallup Real Estate Market had a lack of inventory and still somehow managed to record an increase in pending home sales year over year. This April, there were only about 0.9 months of inventory in Puyallup. That number was about 25% lower than the same time last year when there were about 1.2 months of inventory. The average listing price of homes in Puyallup was about $334,431 which was about 8.35% higher than the same time last year when the average listing price was about $308,663. During the month of April, there were about 280 Pending home sales in Puyallup which was about 6.45% higher than the same time last year when there were about 263 Pending home sales. There were about 229 homes sold in Puyallup which was a decrease of about 12% compared to the same time last year when there were about 260 sales. This April, the average sales price of homes in Puyallup was about $305,462 which was about 6.5% higher than the same time last year when the average sales price was about $286,680.
